Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn shoes back in their original Marc Nolan box and secure them inside a shipping mailer with the new label attached.

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
